    Über uns

    Ich heiße Marina Votteler, bin 44 Jahre alt, verheiratet und habe 2 Kinder. Sport stand schon immer im Mittelpunkt meines Lebens. Mit 6 Jahren habe ich mit Geräte- und Bodenturnen angefangen. Aufgrund meiner Erfolge wurde ich gefördert und trainierte 4-mal in der Woche. Dies endete als ich mit 14 Jahren starke Rückenschmerzen bekommen habe. Diagnose: Spondylolisthesis L5/S1 (Wirbelgleiten) . Ich musste sofort mit dem Training aufhören.

    Ich wurde von unterschiedlichen Therapeuten behandelt, was mir meine Schmerzen erleichtert hat. Schon damals wusste ich was ich werden möchte: Physiotherapeutin. Durch meine wiederkehrenden Schmerzen habe ich sehr viele Methoden auch an mir selbst ausprobiert. In der Praxis als Physiotherapeutin fand ich keine Therapiemethode, die sich bei meinen Patienten nachhaltig bewährt hätte und mich als Therapeutin zufriedengestellt hat. Bis ich von meinem damaligen Arbeitgeber auf die Spiraldynamik® aufmerksam gemacht wurde. Ich wurde neugierig!

    Die französische Physiotherapeutin Yolande Deswarte und der Basler Arzt Christian Larsen gründeten von mehr als 20 Jahren die Spiraldynamik®, um Bewegungsqualität als natürliche Quelle für die persönliche Gesundheitsförderung zu erforschen.

    Ich habe mich beim Spiraldynamik® Zentrum in Zürich angemeldet und durfte das Spiraldynamik®- Konzept als Physiotherapeutin erlernen.

    Spiraldynamik® hat mein Leben und mein Körper verändert.

    Ich habe keine Rückenschmerzen mehr und ich kann endlich joggen gehen, ohne dass ich Rücken und Knieschmerzen bekomme.

    Alle meine Behandlungen basieren auf dem Spiraldynamik® Prinzip.
