Ein Soundbath ist eine tief meditative Erfahrung für unseren Körper, Geist & Spirit. Du legst Dich hin & tauchst eine knappe Stunde ein in die Schwingungen der Alchemy Crystal Bowls. Die Klangwellen der Heilinstrumente stimulieren Alpha & Theta- Frequenzen, die unter anderem für einen Zustand tiefer körperlicher und mentaler Entspannung so wie Aktivierung der körpereigenen Selbstheilungskraft stehen. Wir schaffen einen Raum, in welchem wir uns erlauben, Dinge zu durchfühlen & Blockaden loszulassen. Während du durch verschiedene Bewusstseinsebenen schwebst, erfährt dein Körper eine sanfte Zellmassage und darf sich wieder mit seiner ganz Eigenen Melodie verbinden.

Saturday 29th the Soundbath is going to be in Englsih! For an hour, you will be guided through a meditation, bathing in the frequencies of the Alchemy™ Crystal Tones.

These powerful instruments were made with the intention to heal, and consist of layer upon layer of precious gemstones and other elements. Harmonizing your brainwaves with alpha & theta waves, they subtly guide you into a deeply meditative state. In this state, the releasing of stress & toxins in our body and energetic field can occur and both regeneration and healing are stimulated. You will be travelling through different states of consciousness, while your organs and cells will softly be massaged by the healing frequencies of the instruments.
