After an holistic yoga practice, you’ll spend time reflecting on the past 12 months before turning towards your dreams and goals for the new year. Using a combination of journalling and intention setting/manifesting, this workshop is all about bringing yourself into focus for an amazing 2020. What we’ll do: - 90 minute Hatha Flow/Yin yoga practice - Core workshop - Yoga Nidra What to wear/bring: - Clothes suitable for yoga practice - Journal/paper, pen Vegan and gluten free light refreshments will be provided. Please make sure to let me know of any allergies and injuries/special conditions a minimum of one week before the workshop.
