Über die Einladung den eigenen Bewegungsimpulsen kreativ und achtsam zu folgen, rufen wir verborgene innere Räume und schlummernde Kräfte zur Selbstheilung wach. Für diesen Kurs sind Vorkenntnisse in Bodybliss, Continuum, Yoga hilfreich, aber nicht unbedingt notwendig.
Bitte halte eine Gymnastikmatte, ein Meditationskissen und einen Stuhl (ohne Armlehnen) bereit.
