Saturday Fusion HIIT

My classes are thoughtfully planned out and attention to the client is always a priority. I take the time to track which moves were done in each class and which classes the client has taken to ensure variety but also to further the client in the practice. I love Yoga, I love Barre but bottom line is that I love to move and have fun with exercise. My goal is to share that love through my classes and have a good time while achieving a really good workout. Come join me on the mat!

I became a registered nurse in 2004 and worked full-time as an intensive care, emergency room and vascular access nurse in America until opening the studio in 2018. I received my 200 RYT certificate in 2012 from CorePowerYoga in America and have taken multiple continuing education classes focusing on proper stretching techniques and High Intensity Interval Training for Yoga, in 2018 I completed KAY training for Kids Yoga and in 2020 I received my 500 RYT training in Yoga. My BARRE level I&II training was completed in 2016 and have done continuing education classes focusing on pre/postnatal.
