Mike was born in Poland, but most of his youth he got to spent in the UK. That’s where he learnt about Crossfit 10 years ago alongside starting his studies at a music college. He kept going with those two disciplines and now has two hearts of passion Crossfit & music. Something for the body and for the soul. Both of those things requires the same approach, consistency, hard work and patience and both of them teach you a lot. He loves dogs and chocolate from Thailand.
