Brain-wave Sound & Gong Ritual

Each Ritual encloses various steps in a specific order to prepare ourselves for the Gong bath.
Guided in music, we will slide into different levels of brain-wave states with each week focusing on one of the five :
DELTA-THETA-ALPHA-BETA-GAMMA waves.

Opening every ritual with an intention, letting creative writing unleash our visions.
There will be mild breathwork techniques to connect body & mind, followed by intuitive movements to release tensions & stagnant energies.
Then stillness will take place allowing us to slow down. Smoothly surfing on the waves of sounds and vibrations in a sonic lake, connecting conscious & unconscious. Coming back gently in the arms of silence, accepting our treasures as well as our imperfections.
