Pole Dance Anfänger-Mittelstufe Refresh

Die Anfänger, Mittelstufe und Fortgeschrittenen Kurse kannst Du als Monatskurse (ein Mal eine Stunde belegen.

In vier vollen Stunden (einem vollständigen Kurs) lernst Du eine zusammenhängende Choreographie, welche sich aus den unterschiedlichen Elementen des Pole Dance zusammensetzt.

Unsere Kursgruppen sind sehr klein (max. sechs Frauen) und wir bieten während der Kurse nicht-alkoholische Getränke sowie, am Ende eines Kurses, Sekt zur Feier des Tages an. Außerdem stellen wir alle wichtigen Hilfsmittel bereit, die Ihr für den Stangenunterricht braucht.

Auch für kleine Snacks ist gesorgt. Ihr müsst also nichts mitbringen außer Euch und Eure Pole Dance Kleidung.

Hi, I’m Gem AKA Barbie G, Poledancer! I would love for you to come and be a part of my Pole family at Schönheitstanz Studio. I totally understand what it means to be a beginner, and it’s my priority to make you feel totally happy and supported every step - and spin! - of the way. Come and try an hour with me, and I promise that you’ll want to come back for more!

I have been learning and performing Poledance since 2010, and teaching since 2017. I started my pole journey as a complete beginner: I had no strength or flexibility, I was not a dancer, my confidence was pretty low, and I had absolutely no belief that I could or would become a Poledancer! And now… here I am, all these years later, performing on stage, teaching, and sharing what I LOVE and what made me who I am with people like you! I would love for you to come and learn, like I did, what you are capable of - and I guarantee, you’re far more capable than you realise!

You can learn the Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced courses at Schönheitstanz as monthly courses of one hour per week . Over a month you will learn a full choreography – showcasing elements of your chosen level. Our groups are really small, (max 6, one person per pole) and we offer non-alcoholic drinks, and also a glass of fizz to celebrate the completion of a choreo after the 4th hour! We supply all cleaning and grip aids, should you need them. We also have small snacks for you to nibble on, so you don’t need to bring anything but yourself and your pole wear!
