Yinyasa: Vinyasa meets Yin (STUDIO / EN)

Ruby is a certified Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga teacher as well as a professional dancer and performer. Dance has been an integral part of her life since early childhood which is being complemented by yoga since 2017. Her dance background translates to dynamic, creative flow sequences that build stamina and focus. Her class encourages a sense of play and may borrow elements from a variety of schools of yoga, classical Pilates, floor barre, ballet, contemporary dance, or other movement-based somatic practices. Through her class Ruby hopes her students feel better equipped to find grace moving through life’s countless transitions.
