Morning Club EN - All Level

The All Level morning class is suitable for every Level. This class is a progress from the Basic class and a great chance to go one step further in the own practise. Each teacher has the opportunity to add his/her personal style and experience to the class making these classes a great way to deepen the practise.

75 min classes: These classes beginn with a 15 min talk / meditation / pranayama followed by a 60 min Asanas and a fresh air break in between.

90 min classes: These classes beginn with a 30 min talk / meditation / pranayama followed by a 60 min Asanas and a fresh air break in between.
