Cancellation policy
How do I cancel a class? You can cancel the class via your Eversports account or Fitness Card.
What are the cancellation policies? You can cancel a class free of charge up to 12 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the class, we charge a late cancellation fee of 8€.
What happens if I don't show up for a booked class? If you do not show up without cancelling, you will be charged a no-show fee of €12. Please note that we cannot accommodate individual cancellation requests via Instagram and email. Sickness, oversleeping, traffic jams, injuries and spontaneous, personal requests can unfortunately not be considered here.
