About
Perfect for little yogis ages 4 to 6 years, this class lets your child have fun while improving flexibility and strength as well as learning important relaxation and breathing techniques. Along with creative movement and kid-friendly yoga poses and music, we read age-appropriate stories, sing songs, and play yoga games to stimulate your child’s imagination and creativity. Each week there will be a new and exciting theme!
This class is in English.
This is a seasonal course but single session sign-ups are available.
In case of Corona Restrictions classes will be held online.

I’m Hope! I have been teaching yoga to children ages 2-12 in Kindergartens and yoga studios since 2016 and love sharing the world of yoga with them. I received my training through Rainbow Kids Yoga and Kinder Yoga Welt Institut. My yoga classes for children combine age appropriate exercises to develop body awareness, strength, coordination and balance with aspects of emotional well being gained through meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, and breathing techniques.
