Vinyasa OPEN B-Part bei Gleisdreieck (DE/EN)

DE Lass die Hektik der Stadt hinter dir und schalte unter freiem Himmel ab! Outdoor Vinyasa Yoga verbindet fließende Bewegung mit dem Rhythmus der Atmung und schafft so mehr Platz und Leichtigkeit im Körper und Geist. Und ganz nebenbei kannst du bei den Outdoor Sessions noch jede Menge Sonne und frische Luft tanken. Der Kurs ist für alle Levels geeignet, von Yoga Neulingen bis Fulltime-Yogis. JedeR ist willkommen!

Bitte trag deinen Mundschutz während des Check-ins und zeige dem Lehrer deine Buchungsbestätigung von Eversport. Achte auf die 1,5m Abstand zwischen den Matten. Bringe bitte deine eigene Yogamatte oder Decke mit. Bei hohen Temperaturen unbedingt einen Sonnenschutz einpacken und was zu Trinken. Falls du auf Gräser allergisch bist, sei besonders achtsam.

EN Leave the busy city behind and rewind in nature. Outdoor Vinyasa Yoga combines yoga asanas in a flow with steady breathing and some good spirit. The dynamic, powerful movements in the rhythm of your breath generate heat in the body and peace in the mind. Everyone is welcome!

Please wear your mask during check-in and show the teacher your Eversports booking confirmation. Also keep the 1,5m between mats in mind. Please bring your own mat or blanket. Maybe take a sun blocker and something to drink with you. If you have hay fever, please be mindful with yourself.
