Through this beautiful full moon practice we cleanse and connect with ourselves. Finding peace with the cold outside and creating warmth inside of us.

A beautiful cacao ritual at the beginning will open up our hearts for the class so you are fully able to let go during the cleansing movements that will leave you relaxed for a sounbath at the end of this practice.

Gong, Grail and Crystal singing bowls will wrap you in a cocoon of sound.

Let's make time for stillness, reflection and connection to your intuition.

With her inner fire, she sparks the desire in everyone to dive into the practice and let themselves fall. Her gift is her sound. Be it with a soundbath or with a powerful vinyasa class. Sara’s voice takes you to another place: you. The goal is to find yourself a little more in between all the big city hustle and bustle. To feel yourself and so to find acceptance for the past, ease for the future and power for the here and now.
