This class will get you upside down in many different and playful ways. We begin with warm-up exercises to prepare our bodies, move on to more specific movements, then explore different entries and variations of inversions. We built a practice in a sustainable way with exercises that improve strength, balance and flexibility. Expect to learn how to practice independently as well as to offer and receive other’s help on your journey to handstands. Class always ends with restorative exercises that give back the parts of our bodies we’ve relied on the most.
