Refunds &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; cancelation In case we have to reschedule the retreat due to government-enforced decisions your reservation will be transferred to the new date if you would like that. If we have to cancel the retreat you will get a refund. If you want to withdraw from the seminar, please write to us. If this is up to 8 weeks before the start of the retreat, 25% of the retreat fee will be charged. 4 weeks before the retreat we charge 50% . If a registration is withdrawn 2 weeks before the start of the retreat, the entire fee will be due. It is also possible to have a replacement person come to the retreat instead of paying the cancellation fee. As soon as this person has transferred the retreat fee, the withdrawal of the person who has canceled is complete.

The retreat will take place with a registration number of at least 10 participants. If the number of participants is lower, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the course up to 1 week before the start of the course. Fees already paid will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.
