Vinyasa Immersion Lab

Step on your mat and take a 2 hour journey to the gates of your physical boundaries, your playground!

With fun, careful and systematic guidance we’ll help you breakthrough limitations and we'll assist you in mastering the details of your asana practice, entering a new playground and experimenting with advanced postures. We will practice different ways of binding, backbends, hip movements and some arm balancing shapes, all flavoured by Sacred Geometry, Functional Training, Pranayama and dance moves to keep it ever so light, but effective.

This workshop is open to everyone with a regular vinyasa practice who’s eager and interested in breaking through barriers.
