Dieser Workshop ist für alle geeignet, die sich an den Handstand wagen wollen oder sich einfach sicherer in dieser wunderbaren Haltung fühlen wollen. Lucie wird erste Schritte vermitteln, wie das sichere „Hinein- & Hinauskommen“, zudem Kräftigungsübungen für entsprechende Körperpartien und zu einer spielerischen Leichtigkeit innerhalb des Handstandes einladen.

Du bist sowohl mit als auch ohne Erfahrung willkommen, es werden immer Variationen passend zu deinem Level angeboten. Wir werden uns gegenseitig coachen und spotten - Du wirst jederzeit gehalten und unterstützt sein!!

Wohnhaft in München, unterrichtet Lucie Workshops, Trainings & Retreats. Als internationale Yoga- & AcroYogalehrerin sowie Mentorin und leidenschaftliche Bodyworkerin verfolgt sie einen spielerischen Ansatz, der dennoch tief in dem Wissen der Tradition wurzelt.

In ihrer Arbeit legt sie großen Wert auf ein heilsames, vertrauensvolles Miteinander, aus dem Menschen jeden Alters ihr volles Potential entfalten können: 'Ich liebe es magische Räume zu kreieren, in denen die Menschen zusammenkommen, um das Leben zu feiern und es in seiner Schönheit zu würdigen!'Lucie co-organisiert unter anderem das deutsche AcroYoga Festival 'German Kula Celebration'.

English description:

From the foundation up I will deliver fun ways to find a good alignment, the needed body-tension and ways to play with balance for the ones, who are just getting started.

For everyone with some experience (holding your free handstand for 30 seconds), I will offer different intros and legvariations, maybe some playtime towards OneArmHandstand.

We will coach and spot each other - you will be held and supported at any time!!!

⋄ ◅ ◄ You are welcome with and without experience, I can always show variations accordingly to your level. But you should have movement experience, otherwise the practice will not be healthy on your wrists and shoulders. Yoga, Dance, Climbing, Cross Fit, TreeHugging.... all good ;)
