Aerial Yoga - Newcomer Workshop this workshop is the ideal way to start with Aerial Yoga. you learn how to correctly work with the fabric and we take a close look at all basic postures. including and with a special focus on the unique way of inverting the body in the fabric. on top you will get a first glimpse of how an Aerial Yoga class is going to look like. lots of fun is guaranteed and you will leave the workshop with a brand new perspective!
