These obstacles are rooted in negative actions we've done in the past that we may or may not remember. What goes around come around and the law of cause and effect is just as real on a mental level as the physical one. These things will continue to obstruct our progress and cause unwelcome results in our life. There is hope though as we can purify these negative past actions! Within the Tibetan Buddhist tradition there are very powerful methods to achieve purification of even the most negative of actions. This short course will look in theory and practise how to work with these purification practises to free ourselves from their negative effects.
