Fundamentals Workshop

By 'Fundamentals' we mean the basics of yoga practice. In this workshop you will learn or deepen the elements that make up Vinyasa. Breathing, sun salutations, standing postures and some basic forward bends and backbends will be practiced. The exact alignment and transitions will be explained and then repeated again in conjunction with the breathing. The workshop concludes with the typical final sequence consisting of shoulder stand and headstand (variation) as well as the typical final relaxation and a short meditation.
No previous knowledge is required for this workshop.
