YOGA EUPHORIA - USC + 15€

Nancy takes you on a journey to unknown shores between light and shadow, accompanied by the spherical sounds of the artist Khalum. 

The practice will combine elements from yin, vinyasa yoga and expression through movement. 

During this 2-hour workshop you get to immerse yourself in an atmosphere where the melodies sync with your breath, guiding you through a dance of self-discovery. As you explore the fluidity of your body with live music, each pose becomes a canvas for emotional exploration, inviting you to connect deeply with the sensations within.

About us: 

The teachings of Nancy are inspired by the curiosity of getting in touch with the deeper layers of the Self through motion, contemplation and reflection. Her main interest after more than 20 years of teaching is to lead people to tap into their own sacred spaces.

Khalum fuses airy beats, earthy drums, ambient layers and textures to create enchanting soundscapes. He navigates his way through eclectic influences such as movie scores, minimal, and techno music. Based in Berlin, Khalum uses the city as an ongoing source of inspiration to tell deep and playful stories.

Schedule:

18:30 - 19:00: Arrival and landing to the space

19:00 - 21:00: Workshop

21:00 - 21:30: End of the journey and exit
