Das free souls movemet studio ist ein Ort für Bewegung an dem Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene in familiärer Athmosphäre den Alltag hinter sich lassen und sich frei entfalten dürfen. Wir legen großen Wert darauf, dass sich unsere KundInnen wohlfühlen und versuchen individuell auf eure Bedürftnisse einzugehen. An unseren Kursen können jeweils bis zu 15 Personen teilnehmen.

Wir sind ein passioniertes Team, bestehend aus professionellen Tanz- Yoga- und Fitnesscoaches, die durch ihre langjährige Erfahrung das Beste aus dir herausholen!

Häufig gestellte Fragen

Bei uns liegt der Fokus in erster Linie auf Spaß an Bewegung und Tanz. Wenn du außerdem an deiner persönlichen und körperlichen Weiterentwicklung interessiert bist, ist das der richtige Ort für dich. Wir sind ExpertInnen darin, die Stärken unserer KundInnen zu erkennen und zu fördern. Aber auch an deinen Schwachstellen kannst du mit uns ohne Leistungsdruck arbeiten, so dass du nach jedem Training mit dem guten Gefühl nach Hause gehen kannst, deiner besten Version wieder einen Schritt näher gekommen zu sein.
Die Yogakurse finden in anderen Räumlichkeiten als die restlichen Kurse statt. Bitte beachte bei deiner Buchung, dass du zur richtigen Adresse gehst! Vor deiner kostenlosen Probestunde kannst du dem/der Trainer/in gerne eventuelle körperliche bzw. gesundheitliche Besonderheiten etc. mitteilen auf die während des Trainings geachtet werden sollte. Nach deiner Probestunde kannst du dich mit dem/der Trainer/in kurz über das Training und eine eventuelle Anmeldung austauschen.
Yogamatten, Blöcke und Decken sind vorhanden. Eine Trinkflasche und entsprechende Trainingskleidung solltest du stets dabei haben. Boxhandschuhe für Kinder können zu fairen Preisen bei uns erworben werden. Boxhandschuhe für Erwachsene bitte selbst mitbringen.
