About the Team

Sabrina ist seit 2015 Yogalehrerin für verschiedene Stile und Traditionen. Soundhealing praktiziert sie seit vielen Jahren. Die Essenz für sie ist es, Bewusstsein-Achtsamkeit-Dankbarkeit in allen Lebenslagen zu entwickeln. Ihre Erfahrung als systemische Beraterin und Therapeutin fließen in die Yogastunden ein.

Steffi praktiziert seit 10 Jahren Yoga und seit 3 Atemtherapie. In ihrer Yogapraxis geht es ihr darum sich immer wieder neu mit sich selbst zu verbinden und zu fühlen was einem wirklich gut tut. “Es ist für mich ein Weg zu SEIN, sich zu BEWEGEN und sich zu HEILEN.

Vanessa Yopi kombiniert das Beste aus Yoga und Pilates. Die körper- und mentalorientierten Übungen bieten ein perfektes Gleichgewicht zwischen dem Aufbau von Kraft und Stretch. Im Fokus steht der Bauchbeckenboden und die Wirbelsäulenmuskulatur. In fließenden Bewegungen und Flows werden Körper, Geist und Seele in Einklang gebracht.

In gewünschten Privatstunden wird ganz individuell auf deine Bedürfnisse eingegangen, sodass du tiefer in die Yogapraxis eintauchen kannst.
