Tami intentionally designs her classes in a way that is flowing, focused as well as deeply relaxing; helping you regulate your nervous system & guiding you into physiological relaxation. Through intentional movements combined with breathing & meditation you have the chance to move into a state of presence - a state in which your external environment is no longer controlling your internal one.

About the Team

Tami is a Certified Yoga Teacher & Yoga Alliance Member. She helps clients regulate their nervous system & train their relaxation response to ease stress & anxiety, restore inner balance & grounding within their own body. Encompassing a range of methods including but not limited to mindful breathing, meditation & intentional movements. By combining fast-paced flows & deep stretches, her classes are equally focused & flowing as deeply relaxing.

Arrive around 10-5 minutes before class begin, so that we can start on time.
You don't need to bring anything except for an open mind. Mats, blocks & blankets are provided.
