Are you a student at Jacobs University Bremen and are interested in starting out or improving your athletic capabilities? Well then you are at the right place. CrossFit aims to improve a wide spectrum of functional capabilities including strength training and gymnastics, as well as your endurance. In our classes we work on technique in all of these areas and we put those newly gained technical abilities to the test in our workouts at the end of each class. If you just want to focus on certain areas like Olympic lifting, then we also offer open gym sessions where you can utilise the equipment for your own training program.

What should I know of the first visit?

If this is your first time doing CrossFit then all you need is some sports shoes, a bottle of water and a positive attitude and you are good to go.
