Ich war heute das erste Mal im Kly Yoga. Es ist ein kleines, liebevoll eingerichtetes Studio mit sehr persönlicher, intimer Atmosphäre. Der Kurs Vin&Yin ist die perfekte Mischung aus dynamischen Vinyasa und regenerativen Yin Sequenzen. Maja hat eine sehr angenehme Stimme und leitet die Asanas mit präziser Ausrichtung an, gibt auch jedes Mal Tipps für Alternativen, falls jemand an seine körperlichen Grenzen stößt. Das macht für mich ein gutes Yoga Studio aus! Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen. Freue mich schon auf die nächsten Stunden!
