    My Buddhaface Yoga ist kein gewöhnliches Yoga-Studio. Mit maximal 8-10 Teilnehmer bist du eingeladen, verschiedene Yogastile an außergewöhnlichen Orten der Stadt zu erleben. My Buddhaface Rooftop Yoga in Koorparation mit Physiokitchen Rooftop Yoga findet in der 6. Etage im Physiokitchen in der Münsterstr. 100 im Stadtteil Derendorf statt. Bei schönem Wetter wird unter freiem Himmel auf der wunderschönen Terrasse praktiziert. Bei kalten Temperaturen genießt du den Panoramablick im warmen Raum mit angenehmen Duft von ätherischen Ölen. Je nach Jahreszeit, ist ein wunderschöner Sonnenuntergang zu genießen.

    Über das Team

    Unter der Marke „My Buddhaface“ ladet Loan Menschen ein, ihr persönliches Buddha Gesicht mit ihr zu entdecken. Sie praktiziert seit 2010 Yoga und unterrichtet unter anderem Hotyoga, Vinyasa und Yin Yoga. Mit Loan kannst du das erste Rooftop Yoga in Düsseldorf in Form von Yin & Yang Yoga erleben. In Kooperation mit “Die Yoga-Bande” bietet sie auch Hotyoga Kurse und Workshops in einem “Secret Spot” im Stadtteil Unterbilk an. Schreib ihr gerne, wenn du mehr über den geheimen Ort erfahren möchtest ;) und dich für Privat-Gruppen anmelden möchtest. Egal für welchen Yogastil du dich entscheidest, es erwarten dich jede Menge Empathie, Motivation und eine ordentliche Portion Spaß.

    · alle Kurse sind auch für Einsteiger geeignet · die Umkleideräume im Physiokitchen verfügen über Duschbereiche · bei gesundheitlicher Beeinträchtigung bitte vorher einen Arzt fragen und vor Kursbeginn den Yogalehrer über Verletzungen oder Erkrankungen informieren
    Matten, Yogablöcke und Gurte sind vorhanden. Wenn du deine eigene Matte bevorzugst, bringe sie gerne mit. Bitte bringe warme kuschelige Kleidung und Socken für den Yin Teil mit. Beim Hotyoga bitte 2 große Handtücher und Wasser zu trinken mitbringen.
    Solltest du trotz Anmeldung nicht an deinem Kurs teilnehmen können, gib bitte rechtzeitig Bescheid. So kann dein Platz an einen anderen Teilnehmer vergeben werden. Der Rücktritt bis zu einer Woche vor Kursbeginn ist kostenfrei möglich.
    Bitte teile dem Yogalehrer vor der Yogastunde mit, falls du an einer Krankheit leidest oder gesundheitliche Einschränkungen hast, die einer Teilnahme am Kurs oder einzelnen Yogaübungen entgegenstehen könnten.
