    Sahra Gottwald ist staatlich anerkannte Tanz-,Sport- und Gymnastiklehrerin und hat ihre Räumlichkeit im Monopol Hameln. Ihre Tanz- und Fitnesskurse finden im Stockwerk A - im Historischen Saal statt. Dieser befindet sich in der Deisterstraße 20 in 31785 Hameln. Sie dürfen in einem der ältesten Sälen Hameln Tanzen und Trainieren. Die wunderschönen Kronleuchter, geben den Kursen etwas magisches. Sahra Gottwald ist mehrfache Meisterin und Weltmeisterin im Modern Line Dance, sowie amtierende Deutsche Meisterin im West Coast Swing. Durch Ihre 17 Jährige Tanz- und Turniererfahrung, sowie Ihre 13 Jährige Unterrichtserfahrung, ist sie die qualifizierteste Trainerin im Bereich Modern Line Dance und West Coast Swing im Weserbergland und darüber hinaus.

    Sahra Gottwald ist staatlich anerkannte Tanz-,Sport- und Gymnastiklehrerin, sowie Rückenschullehrerin nach KddR. Sie tanzt seit Ihrem 9. Lebensjahr Modern Line Dance und ist mehrfache deutsche, schweizer und österreichische Meisterin. Mit 15 Jahren wurde Sie bereits Weltmeisterin mit Ihrer Tanzpartnerin. Mit 23 Jahren fand Sie ihre Leidenschaft für West Coast Swing und ist die amtierende Deutsche Meisterin. Bereits mit 14 Jahren unterrichtete Sie Turniertänzer im Bereich Modern Line Dance. Mit Ihren 17 Jahren Tanz- und Turniererfahrungen, sowie der langjährigen Unterrichtserfahrung, ist Sahra die beste Trainerin im Bereich Modern Line Dance und West Coast Swing in ganz Weserbergland und Umgebung.

    Nicht nur Tanzen ist Ihre Leidenschaft. Sie bietet seit 2017 fitdankbaby in Hameln und Hannover an. Dieses Konzept richtet sich an (werdende) Mütter - Fitness für Mama UND Ihr Baby. Sie begleitet die Mütter ab der 14. SSW - bzw. ab dem 3. Lebensmonat des Baby in Bereich Rückbildung, Fitness, Wohlbefinden und qualitativ hochwertige Zeit mit dem eigenen Kind. Gesundheit steht für Sahra Gottwald an erster Stelle. Deshalb bietet Sie unterschiedliche Gesundheits- und Fitnesskurse an, damit jeder das passende für sich finden kann. Zur Zeit ist Sie noch in der Aufbauphase. Es werden zukünftig weitere Kursformate folgen.

    Alle Kurse werden von hochqualifizierten Trainerin geleitet. Jedes Training, jeder Kurs wird nach den Bedürfnissen der Teilnehmer ausgelegt. Die Trainerin verfügt über ein anatomisches und physiologisches Wissen, sodass Sie bei Beschwerden auf jeden Teilnehmer eingehen kann und Ihn mit bestem Wissen beraten kann.

    Alles was Sie für den Kurs benötigen, wird vorhanden sein. Bei Fitnesskursen werden Sportmatten und Sportkleingeräte von Sahra bereit gestellt. Sie dürfen sich Ihr Getränk selbst mitbringen. Alternativ gibt es eine Gastronomie ein Stockwerk höher.
