STORM Bootcamp.
- Every STORM Bootcamp is evenly divided between three components of training - Pace, Pump and Punch - to ensure you build full-body strength and stamina with safe, natural movements. With live heart-rate tracking and highly-qualified coaches with you every step of the way, we guarantee your focus on you, and your training zone, to deliver a full-body burn.
STORM Decath10n.
- A 45 minute workout that comprises of 10 stations. Incorporating some of the best equipment around, in one of the coolest studios you will see. Flip tyres, pull ropes, ski, row and push your way through the stations whilst your coach treats you to their favourite playlists and expert guidance. We stay true to our STORM beliefs by incorporating the 7 primal moves into every workout which will always be different with a variation of equipment available. This workout is a no nonsense, get it, get out concept you will love. Oh, and look out for the signature finish every single time.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What should I know for my first visit?
If you are attending a class for the first time, we ask you to arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the course. If you are not a first timer, we ask you to arrive 15 minutes before the start of your class.
STORM Bootcamp - You will need to set up a ‘Myzone’ account once by clicking here or scanning the QR code in our clubs. (Measuring your heart rate is optional but recommended for an optimal class experience)
Once the doors are closed, access is strictly prohibited. Make sure you wear clean indoor shoes that give you stability and support.
