Namasté meine Lieben,

Dich erwartet hier eine Reise durch die sieben Haupt Chakren verbunden in einem körperintensiven Flow, der sich ganz auf deinen Rhythmus der Athmung verbindet.

Du bestimmst selbst die Intensität und wählst aus den Varianten der Asana Pose, die ich dir präsentiere.

Unser gemeinsamer Flow beginnt immer mit Pranayama Übungen, um Körper und Geist aufeinander abzustimmen und in Einklang zu bringen. Dabei verwende ich den Klang der tibetischen Chakren Klangschale.

Nach einer kurzen Mobilisierung der verschiedenen Muskelgruppen von Kopf bis Fuß starten wir unsere Sonnengrüße und gehen fließend in unseren Chakren Flow über.

Abschließend fokussieren wir unsere Gedanken in einer gemeinsamen Meditation und lassen die Yoga Praxis mit dem Klang der tibetischen Klangschale und einem abschließenden Chant ausklingen.

ich bin Claudia eure lizenzierte und TÜV zertifizierte Trainerin für Power Vinyasa Flow und habe mich ausführlich mit Chakren Arbeitet beschäftigt.

Darüber hinaus habe ich eine Yin Yoga Ausbildung absolviert und biete neben der männlichen Sonnenenergie auch die weibliche Mondenergie zum Ausgleich an.
