Zen Yoga by Dynamic Mindfulness
Zen Yoga by Dynamic Mindfulness is an English language yoga studio in the heart of Berlin, right beside the invigorating open space of Gleisdreieck Park. Zen Yoga offers contemporary yoga classes, meditation and teacher training programs rooted in Zen Buddhism and informed by the latest movement science and biomechanics. The offer includes a music-free space during the yoga classes in order to nourish receptive attention. Classes are limited to 15 participants and people of all ages, sizes and backgrounds are welcome!

The teachers of Zen Yoga by Dynamic Mindfulness lead safe, compassionate and skillful classes that aim to restore the mind and renew perspectives. They have the highest level of training in the Dynamic Mindfulness method, contemporary yoga style rooted in Zen Buddhism and informed by latest movement science and biomechanics, created by senior yoga and meditation teacher Tatjana Mesar.

At Zen Yoga, you won’t get lost in a giant group. Classes and training have been carefully crafted for small groups to ensure a quality learning environment. "We teach people, not customers. No one is judged in our studio; everyone is treated with love and acceptance. Everybody is welcome!"
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the class. This way you will have time to sign in and set up your space. We start on time. Great to hear you are interested in taking Zen Yoga classes!
All kinds of props are there for you to use freely: mats, blankets, meditation pillows, bolsters, blocks, basically everything! You can of course always bring a mat if you prefer to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing that you can bend and move freely in.
Since the classes offered are small size with personal attention, the cancellation policy is 12 hours. If you cancel later than that, you will be charged the full amount.
The entrance to the studio is in the first back yard. The nearest stations: 3min from U Gleisdreieck (U1, U2, U15), 2min from bus station Schöneberger Brücke (M29), 5min from S Anhalterbahnhof (S1, S2, S26) and 10min from U Möckernbrücke (U1, U7, U15). There are public parking spots around.
