The 60 minutes yoga class with Oz begins with a grounding technique that primes your neurobiology for asana practice, cultivating focus on breath flow and stabilising your natural upright posture referred to as "Mountain Shape". Mountain Shape is serving as the central foundation for all the other asanas we'll practice in standing position.

Oz will be practicing with you, giving you a visual of how the movement looks like, instructions for an uninterrupted self-practice and pointing out details to look out for in your own body that help improve your overall understanding of each asana and the yoga practice itself.
