Ausnahmsweise ist in diesem Jahr die Wintersonnenwende am 22.12.2023. Somit liegt an Heilig Abend der kürzeste Tag des Jahres hinter uns und die Tage werden langsam wieder länger.
So kehrt das Licht wieder zurück und es wird wieder heller.
Ich möchte ich mit dir am Vormittag des Heiligen Abends dieses besondere Ereignis mit einem lichterfüllenden Yogaflow ehren. Auch wenn das Licht in der Natur noch nicht sichtbar ist so macht es sich im tiefsten Inneren bereits auf den Weg. Genauso kannst auch du dich auf dein inneres Leuchten ausrichten und dein Strahlen in dir (wieder) entdecken.
Ein Yogaflow der dein Sein zum Strahlen bringt. Für alle Level.
