Bitte beachte, dass der Membership Preis nur gilt, wenn du einen aktiven Membership-Vertrag hast. In diesem 2,5-stündigen Workshop werden dir die Grundprinzipien des Yoga vermittelt: Die wichtigsten Körperpositionen (die Asanas), Atemtechniken, sowie die Basis der Yoga-Philosophie. All das, was du in einer klassischen Vishnus-Couch-Stunde findest.

Du lernst, was Vinyasa-Yoga ausmacht: Im Einklang mit Bewegungen und Atem zu fließen. Der Workshop ist für alle absoluten Beginner, aber auch für alle, die schon in unsere Stunden geschnuppert haben und ihre Grundkenntnisse vertiefen wollen, sowie alle unsere Schüler, die ihre Technik verfeinern möchten.

Im Anschluss an jeden Absolute Beginner Workshop haben alle Teilnehmer die Möglichkeit eine Monatsmitgliedschaft (NoLimits 1) für 55,- € zu erwerben.

Online stream

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:

  • This studio uses Zoom as their streaming provider to online stream their activities. Download the according software or app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone.
  • The access to the online stream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. You can find the link for the online stream in your online profile under “My bookings”. With a click on “Join online stream now” you will be forwarded to the corresponding page and you join the activity online!
  • Specific streaming providers, e.g. Zoom, allow participants to see each other through the video camera. If you do not want to show yourself or the personal environment, you can deactivate the camera function or cover the camera. The name you enter when you join the online meeting room will be shown to other participants. However, you can change your name at any time (e.g. only specify the initials).

Cancellations

Ab 14 Tage vor Workshopbeginn beträgt die Bearbeitungsgebühr 100% des Rechnungsbetrages.

Es besteht kein Anspruch mehr auf Erstattung des Veranstaltungspreises. Auch bei Nicht-Erscheinen zur Veranstaltung wird der gesamte Veranstaltungspreis fällig. Bei Verhinderung kann eine Ersatzperson als Teilnehmer für die Veranstaltung benannt werden. Stornierung an yvonne@vishnuscouch.de
