Eine Multi Level Stunde mit Marcell vereint Aspekte des traditionellen Vinyasa und Iyengar Stils. Marcell achtet auf die präzise Ausführung der Asanas (Yogahaltungen), wobei eine Mischung aus fließenden sowie statischen Asanas kombiniert wird. Balance, Stärke, Flexibilität und Ausdauer stehen im Vordergrund dieser Stunde, die durch philosophische Aspekte, Atemübungen (Pranayama) und Meditation vertieft. Bewegung und Atmung verschmelzen miteinander.

Marcell ist Gründer des YOMA Yogastudios in Bremen. Auf zahlreichen Reisen seit den neunziger Jahren arbeitete Marcell intensiv mit vielen namenhaften Lehrern rund um den Globus. Am einflussreichsten waren dabei Sri Rudra Dev (Iyengar/ Indien), Lance Schuler (INSPYA/ Australien), William Holtby (Ashtanga/ Thailand), Dr. Ronald Steiner (Ashtanga/ Deutschland), Anna Trökes (Philosophie/ Deutschland) und Eberhard Bärr (Philosophie/ Deutschland). Marcell ist bei mehreren internationalen Yogaverbänden (Yoga Alliance, Bund Deutscher Yogalehrer, Europäische Yogaunion, Ashtanga Yoga Innovation) als vollzertifiziertes Mitglied registriert. Neben dem Yoga lernte Marcell für mehrere Jahre Thai Yoga Massage an verschiedenen Schulen in Thailand. Dazu gehören Wat Pho/ Bangkok, Sunshine Network/ und die Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai (TMC). 2007 erhielt er vom thailändischen Bildungsministerium die Erlaubnis, Thaimassage zu unterrichten. Marcell hat weltweit an mehreren Yogalehrerausbildungen und Workshops mitgewirkt.
