Du möchtest Dich wieder spüren. Aus Deinem Kopf in den Körper eintauchen, Dich mit Deinem Atem verbinden. In diesem wundervollen Workshop fließt Du im Takt Deines Atems durch die Musik, bist ganz Eins mit Dir selbst. Lenkst Deine Sinne von Außen nach Innen, lernst Dich anzunehmen, wie Du bist.

Eine sanfte Meditation und eine lange Schlussentspannung runden den Vormittag ab. Es erwartet Dich eine kleine Erfrischung sowie ein Snack.

Der Workshop findet ab einer Teilnehmerzahl von 6 Personen statt

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:

  • This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
  • Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
  • With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.

Cancellations

Nach Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist gelten folgende Stornierungsbedingungen: Die Stornierungsgebühr der Workshops betragen ab dem Zeitpunkt der Buchung bis 10 Tage vor Beginn: 50% des Workshop-Preises inkl. Bearbeitungsgebühr, ab 10 Tage vor Beginn des Workshops: 100% des Workshop-Preises. Sollte die Mindest-Teilnehmerzahl von 8 Teilnehmern nicht erreicht werden, behalte ich mir die Absage des Workshops bis 7 Tage vor Termin des Workhops vor.
