You feel anxiety, nervous, this workshop can help you -through yoga practice and pranayama to relieve stress and give you tools in case of pain or discomfort. A time you take for yourself to attune with the beauty of your feminine cycle. You are not alone!

In a small 2018 study, women who practiced yoga twice weekly for 8 weeks improved their introspective ability and mind-body connection, which had a positive effect on pain management .'
Fanny is originally from France, based in Berlin, and has been teaching Yoga since 2018. She learned Ayurveda in Kerala, India, and did an ayurvedic school where she specialised herself in women's health. She is passionate about Ayurveda and Yoga, and how these two can support women who suffer from endometriosis.
