In this workshop, which is an extended and concentrated version of Paloma´s weekly class, she will introduce you to all of the various brain-waves.

What their specific qualities are and how to enhance or reduce each of them depending on what you want to achieve in your daily life.

 With the help of an EEG device, which can sense and record your brainwaves, heartbeats and breathing patterns in real time, you will be able to observe them* and go back home with your complete bio-feedback data.

 The last part of the workshop Paloma will take you on an experiential journey through all of the waves, using different techniques like:

-Sound

-Movement

-Breathwork

-Visualization

Paloma creates all of her events and classes inspired by her mentors, travels, own experiences, science, spirituality and research.

She doesn't like to follow any regular said protocols or formats and strives to always encourage her very own, but also other people's unique creativity.

 *The time length use of the device will depend on the number of participants (from 5 up to 15 minutes per person).
