Nach den Feiertagen ist es Zeit, etwas Schwung in den Körper zu bringen und wieder in Bewegung zu kommen. Das kurbelt gleichzeitig auch die Produktion von Glückshormonen an und ist somit eine Win Win Situation für dich und dein Wohlbefinden. Mit HIIT & Burn trainierst du in High Intensity Intervall Einheiten (HIIT), mit Übungen aus dem Functional Training deine Kraft und Ausdauer und lässt die Muskulatur angenehm brennen.

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:
- This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
- Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.

"Herz über Kopf" passt bei mir eigentlich fast immer. Ich liebe es, mich zu bewegen und dabei Kopf zu stehen. Egal ob im Handstand, fliegend im Flying Pilates Tuch oder tanzend beim Pole Dance. Ab und zu die Perspektive zu wechseln, tut einfach richtig gut und ich freue mich, diese Leidenschaft mit euch zu teilen. Wenn ich nicht unterrichte, gehe ich leidenschaftlich gerne Bouldern oder powere mich beim CrossFit aus. Meine Ruhepole: das Meer, meine Familie und Freunde - und am liebsten auch alles zusammen. Wo ihr mich sonst noch treffen könnt: beim Poetry Slam oder am Hamburger Hafen.
