Description:
We are very happy to offer such a special workshop with lovely professional Ballet Dancer Szymon Pacholec.
Szymon will start this class with a classic warm up and Pilates exercises on the mat and then transfer them to ballet positions. This way you will learn how Pilates builds the foundation for powerful yet graceful movements and immerse yourself in the training of dancers.
Szymon was born in Kielce, Poland and after graduating from the Poznan Ballet School he danced in various companies before coming to Hamburg.
This class will be taught in English.
