What is Inside Flow?

Inside Flow is an evolution of Vinyasa Yoga, a powerful moving meditation. Your movement is guided by your breath, synchronised to the music, and each movement is synchronised with the inhalation and exhalation.

Each Class is designed to flow with eclectic modern music, with the grand finale of the class being a perfectly sequenced flow to a special song. Based on the yogic philosophy SPANDA - the pulsation of nature - we embody the Spanda with our breath and our movement. The class starts and you are in the Flow, you transition and move from one asana to another.

The aim is to harmonise body and mind and to achieve a meditative state through the combination of music, breath and movement.

Class description:

With her passion for Inside Flow, Maura will guide you through creative, flowing sequences to a playlist of modern music, synchronising your body, your breath, and your movements to the beat of the songs. By building up a choreographed sequence of yoga asanas step by step, you will dive into a flow state of mind – deepening the connection to yourself.
