Ätherische Öle für mehr Selbstfürsorge und Stabilität im Alltag am 23. Mai von 12:00 bis 13:30 Uhr mit Katharina
Neben Yoga und Meditation können uns auch ätherische Öles sehr dabei unterstützen kraftvoller durchs Leben zu gehen, uns mehr um uns selber zu kümmern und uns stabiler in unserem Alltag zu fühlen. Darum soll es in diesem kleinen Workshop gehen. Ätherische Öle haben eine wundervolle Kraft. Es ist faszinierend, dass es in der Natur für jedes Thema (sei es körperlicher oder emotionaler Art) Pflanzen gibt, die uns in vielen Lebenslagen unterstützen können. Mit ätherischen Ölen steht uns als Stadtkindern ein direkter Zugang zur Kraft der Natur zur Verfügung.
Der Workshop beginnt und endet mit eine Meditation bzw Entspannung passend zum Thema. In der Mitte stellen wir euch ätherische Öle, die uns in Bezug auf Selbstfürsorge und Stabilität unterstützen können.

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:

- Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.
