**ONLINE Weihnachtsfeier – Interaktive Yogaklasse am 21. November
mit dem Sandhi Yoga Team**
Am 21. November um 17:00 Uhr findet unsere Team-Weihnachtsfeier statt. Natürlich findet sie dieses Jahr auch online statt und wir haben uns was ganz Verrücktes ausgedacht: Wir machen gemeinsam Yoga ;-) Und da wir alle viel Kraft und Lebensfreude von euch ziehen, haben wir uns überlegt, dass wir die weltbesten Sandhi Yoga Schüler einfach zu dieser Klasse dazu einladen. Ben wird anfangen die Yogastunde zu unterrichten und wer immer mag aus unserem Team darf unterbrechen und übernehmen. Falls jemand von euch gerne möchte, darf er/sie auch gerne etwas anleiten. So wird es interaktiv, vielleicht etwas chaotisch, auf jeden Fall aber bestimmt lustig und freudvoll. Danach bleiben wir noch für einen kurzen Schnack beisammen bevor wir uns von euch verabschieden und im Team weiterklönen.

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:
