Valentinstag Special - Thai Yoga Massage für Paare Online Workshop mit Noelle
Berühren und berührt zu werden, damit sind wir wohl seit letztem Jahr ganz besonders stark konfrontiert. Und die eine oder der andere mag sich die Tage geradezu nach einer professionellen Massage sehnen. Warum sich also nicht selber einige Massage-Skills aneignen? In diesem 2,5-stündigen Workshop lernst du eine einfache Abfolge für eine einstündige Ganzkörpermassage. Noëlle wird dich und deinen Massage-Partnerin Schritt für Schritt dadurch führen. Zuerst wird der*die eine von euch massiert und dann werden die Rollen gewechselt.
Thai Yoga Massage verbindet die traditionelle Thai Massage, die mit Energiebahnen und Akupressur arbeitet und Yogaübungen, die den Körper dehnen und geschmeidig machen. Daraus resultiert eine wohltuende und entspannende Massage, die Körper, Geist und Seele harmonisiert.
Thai Yoga Massage wird in Kleidung und ohne Öl oder Massageliege praktiziert - alles, was du brauchst, ist ein weicher Untergrund, z.B. eine Yogamatte, ein paar Decken oder ein weicher Teppich. Und einen Massage-Partnerin.
