Wie heute erinnere ich mich daran, dass ich am 23. Februar 2020 nach 5 Wochen Kranksein und 2 Wochen vor dem ersten Lockdown auf der Matte stand und euch bei euren 108 Sonnengrüßen begleitete. Seit 2013 ist dieses Ereignis am letzten Sonntag im Februar in der YOGA-Schule Helene Reiff ein fester Bestandteil und ich möchte diese Energie nicht missen. Auch dieses Jahr! Der Unterschied: es wird ONLINE sein.

Fließe durch Deine 108 Sonnengrüße. Schwitze. Fluche. Atme. Lache Dich durch die Anstrengung durch und spüre, was Yoga mit Dir macht, wenn DU MACHST.
