Yoga+ Flow & Restorative kombiniert die dynamisch, kraftvollen Qualitäten (Yang) des Yoga+ Flow bzw. Vinyasa Yoga, welches vor allem die Muskeln anspricht, kräftigt und dehnt - mit den ruhigen, entspannenden Asanas des Restorative Yoga (Yin), das tiefer geht und ein Loslassen auf allen Ebenen ermöglicht.

There is an online stream available for this activity. To participate, take the following steps:
- This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
- Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
- With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.

As a dedicated and experienced vinyasa yoga teacher I put a lot of thought and love into my classes. I teach an alignment conscious, breath-led, intelligent flow with both philosophical and physical explorations. Connecting with my students is a joy and a priority for me. I strive to, even within a group class setting, to make sure that each and every one has a rewarding and meaningful experience. I am E-RYT 500 and have been teaching vinyasa, restorative and prenatal yoga on all levels from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners since 2006 in New York. In 2017 I relocated to Mainz.
