Dear VIVA Studio Berlin Community,

Together with the powerful Flower Moon (Full Moon in Sagittarius) we go on a journey deep to our roots to then bloom in full splendor and beauty. The journey through the chakras, or energy centers in the body, allows you to gain insights, recognize old beliefs and with the help of Yin Yoga postures and pranayama (breathing exercises) we release pent-up tensions and emotions. We activate and recharge the body's own energy by releasing blockages and harmonizing our hormonal system. We practice letting go and relaxing and experience ourselves in a completely new way. Your journey will be accompanied by selected essential oils and will end with a heart-opening, soothing and integrating sound bath.

This workshop is open to everyone, with or without yoga experience, and is also suitable for pregnant women.
