Come explore the possibilities of gradually inviting new poses into your practice. Get out of your head and into your body; realise that you are capable of so much more than you think! Come play around, laugh, be light and have fun. In this workshop you will:

• play around with movements from capoeira and gymnastics - which will help you understand all the ways your body is able to move and express itself in the most efficient and creative way
• start off with an invigorating flow to get your body warm and ready
• explore arm balances, inversions and other funky poses
• get the tools and instruction you need to continue advancing your practice
