Dieser Workshop bereitet dich auf die heilige Zeit des Wochenbettes vor.

Das Wochenbett wird auch als 4. Trimester bezeichnet und umfasst nach alter Tradition 42 Tage. 

Dein Körper hat durch die Schwangerschaft und Geburt eine Höchstleistungvollbracht und darf im Wochenbett durch viel Aufmerksamkeit, Zuwendung und Ruhe heilen.

Ich lasse wichtige Aspekte aus der ayurvedischen Tradition mit einfließen, um ein besseres und tieferes Verständnis für den Zustand auf körperlicher, mentaler und energetischer Ebene vor und nach der Geburt zu entwickeln.

Mit praktischen und wertvollen Tipps rund um die Ernährung, für das Wohlbefinden und die Heilung nach der Geburt, gehst du etwas bewusster in dein Wochenbett.

This workshop prepares you for the sacred time of the postpartum period. This time is also called the 4th trimester and, according to old tradition, lasts 42 days.

Your body achieved a peak performance during the pregnancy and birth and is allowed to heal in the postpartum period with a lot of attention, care and rest.

I incorporate important aspecst from the Ayurvedic tradition in order to develop a better and deeper understanding of the condition on physical, mental and energetic level before and after birth.

With practical and valuable tips about nutrition, well-being and healing after birth, you will go into your postpartum period a little bit more consciously.
